    Bill Sabino is the Team Leader for Keller Williams Central. He has been with the office since it first launched in 2007. Bill shares his over 20 years of experience in the real estate field and currently holds a broker’s license. Bill Sabino also serves on both the Collin County Association of Realtors and the Certified Residential Specialist Board of Directors. He holds six professional designations and he was named International Manger of the Year for a major national real estate company.

    James Tan is the Broker of Record for Keller Williams Central. He also specializes in Broker’s Price Opinion, Relocations, and Short Sales. He is the Principle Partner of Designer Homes by Tiffany, LLC and D’Vine Homes, they are custom builders in the Dallas and Collin County areas. He is also the Managing Partner and President of Zoldco Inc. a Real Estate Investment and Development Company. James and his team have been rated #1 in volume and/or units sold in Collin County Texas for 5 Consecutive Years by the Collin County Association of Realtors. They also were awarded the Keller Williams Quadruple Gold Award in 2006.

    Carly Sims has been the Market Center Administrator for Keller Williams Central since its launch in 2007.  She joined the office having completed her Bachelors of Arts at the University of Texas at Dallas.  Carly’s primary leadership focus is to grease the wheels that keep the office running smoothly.  She facilitates agents' transitions from other brokerages and regularly trains veteran agents about the myriad Keller Williams technologies available to them.   Additionally, Carly’s position on the management team at KW Central makes her an essential advocate for the ongoing increase in Keller Williams Culture and the spirit that is alive within the market center.  Carly feels a great commitment to each of the agents and desires to be an advocate for their success and growth in the realty community. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three dogs (Daisy and Gizmo - Rat Terriers & Buddy - a Black Lab)

    Donna Hambek is with The Funding Source Mortgage and joined the office in April of 2008. She has been a loan officer with this company since 2000. She has a bachelor’s degree in business finance and has worked on the financial side of real estate for over 15 years. Prior to becoming a loan officer, Donna was a valuations analyst for INVESCO Realty Advisors where she began working in 1994. She has two boys that are 7 and 9 and loves baseball. She is here to prequalify your clients, make sure the loans get done, help with lease applications by pulling and reviewing credit, help individuals who have challenged credit get on the road to fixing it. Please let Donna know if there is anything she can do for you.
